1. Eligibility for Replacement :
Replacement is available only in cases of damaged or defective products.
Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery by contacting our support team with order details and proof (photo/order packaging unboxing video) of the issue.
2. Non-Eligible Items :
Products that are not damaged or defective will not be eligible for replacement.
No replacements will be accepted after the 2-day window.
3. Process for Replacement :
Contact our support team at shoplink57@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Provide order number, images/videos of the damaged or defective product.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
